REMODELING

90m2 apartment in very bad condition and divided into several rooms. Customers wanted spacious and comfortable spaces and a clearer separation between public and private areas. The difficulty was to find a space for building a large and open kitchen.

It was decided to generate a big kitchen area in the main access by unifying wasted sectors (an interior room, a small wc, part of the vast hall and the corridor). The result is a mixt and articulator space in the center and access of the house.
