REMODELING

Apartment in a 1870 building situated in historic center of Barcelona. Narrow and elongated shape, its construction is coarse and hazardous (few straight lines, stone walls badly warped, unleveled floors, etc), with traces of numerous previous amendments.

Customers needed two bedrooms and two baths, plus a large living room-kitchen area.

Saving several technical obstacles, facilities were replaced, renewed old walls and celings, and maximized natural lighting.
