Unification of two flats in Barceloneta district. One of them was inhabited and fully equipped. The other was empty and very sloppy.
The reform was planned taking into account the conditions of Architectural Heritage in effect for that farm and Habitability criteria chords to a New Building cathegory.
The client needed spacious living areas and a better public and private order.
